Binly

Terms of Service

Last updated October 21, 2026

These Terms are an agreement between you and Binly ("Binly", "we", "us"), the operator of the Binly website, booking pages and owner app (the "Service"). By using the Service, including the demo, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for a business, you agree for that business and confirm you are allowed to. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Binly is

Binly is software. It lets bin and trash can cleaning businesses ("Businesses") show a booking page to their customers ("Customers") and keep track of jobs, payments and referrals. Binly does not clean bins, does not employ or supervise anyone who does, and is not a party to any agreement between a Business and its Customers.

2. Who can use Binly

3. The demo

The demo is for trying Binly only. Names, customers, prices and jobs in the demo are examples, not real people or real offers. Bookings made in the demo are saved only in your own browser, are not sent to anyone, and do not schedule any real service. Do not enter real customer information into the demo.

4. If you book a wash through a booking page

5. Businesses are responsible for their own work

Each Business alone is responsible for:

Binly does not check, approve or guarantee any Business or any service booked through a booking page.

6. Accounts and acceptable use

You must give accurate information, keep your login private, and tell us right away if you think someone else used your account. You are responsible for everything done with your account. You may not use the Service to break any law, send spam or unwanted messages, collect information you are not allowed to collect, post false or misleading offers, upload harmful code, try to get into parts of the Service you are not allowed to use, copy or resell the Service, or interfere with how it works. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these rules.

7. Plans, payment and cancelling

8. Your data

Business data, including Customer names, addresses and phone numbers, belongs to the Business. The Business gives Binly permission to store and process it only to run the Service. The Business is responsible for having the right to collect it and for telling its Customers how it is used. You can ask us to export or delete your data at any time. How we handle information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. Our property

The Service, its code, design and the Binly name belong to Binly. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while these Terms are in effect. You keep ownership of your own logo, business name and content, and let us show them only to run your booking page.

10. Other services

The Service uses outside services, such as hosting, weather forecasts and payment processing. We are not responsible for those services, their accuracy or their downtime.

11. No guarantees

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that bookings, payments, alerts or weather information will be correct or delivered, or that the Service will bring you any customers or income. Earnings estimates on our website are examples, not promises.

12. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Binly and its owners, family members, helpers and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost customers or business interruption, even if told they were possible. Binly's total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the amount you paid Binly in the 3 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing.

13. You protect us

If someone makes a claim against Binly, its owners or its family members because of your services, your Customers, your content, your use of the Service, false information you gave (including about your age or authority) or your breaking these Terms or any law, you agree to defend them and to pay any losses, damages and reasonable legal costs that result.

14. Ending

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end the Service for you, with notice when practical, if you break these Terms, do not pay, or if we stop offering the Service. Sections 4, 5, 8 to 13, 15 and 16 continue after the agreement ends.

15. Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Before starting any formal claim, you agree to contact us and try to settle it informally for at least 30 days. Any claim must be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you agree to those courts' jurisdiction. Claims may only be brought individually, not as part of a class action. Any claim must be brought within one year after it arises, where the law allows that limit.

16. Other terms

Checking the box at sign-up to accept these Terms is the same as signing them, and we keep a record of which version you accepted and when, and you agree to receive notices from us by email or in the Service. Neither of us is responsible for delays caused by events outside reasonable control, such as outages, natural disasters or government action. We may update these Terms. If a change is important, we will tell paying Businesses at least 14 days before it takes effect. Using the Service after that means you accept the new Terms. You may not transfer your account without our written permission. If any part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a part right away does not mean we give it up. These Terms are the whole agreement about the Service.
