Why bin cleaning needs its own software

General field service apps are built for plumbers and lawn crews. A bin route works differently:

• The day depends on trash day. You wash bins right after pickup, while they're empty. Binly asks every customer for their trash day and tells them to book that day or the day after.
• Most of the money is in monthly plans. When you mark a monthly wash paid, Binly books the next one 4 weeks out, on a day you work. Nobody has to remember.
• Prices are per bin. Customers add extra bins (recycling, yard waste) and add-ons like a pad rinse, and see the total before they book.
• You can only do so many houses a day. Set a daily limit, and full days close on their own. Close a day for rain with one tap.

What customers see

Your booking page shows your name, logo, color and prices. It takes about a minute to book:

1. Address, ZIP code and trash day. ZIP codes outside your area are turned away politely.
2. Plan, extra bins and add-ons, with the price updating as they pick.
3. A day from your calendar. Full and closed days are grayed out.
4. Name, phone, your questions (like a gate code) and your terms.

They get a referral code to share with neighbors and a calendar file so they don't forget. Try a booking page.

What you see

• Today: every stop with the address, notes and plan, plus today's weather. One button per job: Mark Done, then Mark Paid.
• Schedule: the next three weeks as a list or a month calendar, each day's route in Google Maps, and tomorrow's reminders ready to send.
• Customers: everyone you've washed for, what they've paid, and who hasn't booked in a while, with a text ready to win them back.
• Money: earned this month, what you're owed, what's booked, and the last 8 weeks.
• Settings: prices, work days, daily limit, ZIP codes, booking questions, texts and referral rewards. Simple pages, with extra options tucked away.

What Binly doesn't do yet

Better to know now than after you sign up:

• No card payments inside Binly yet. Customers pay you directly.
• Texts open on your phone for you to send. Binly doesn't send them automatically.
• No iPhone or Android app store app. Binly runs in the browser, and you can add it to your home screen.
• Crew logins for a second driver are coming on the Pro plan.
